Francis Awoyera, CPA, FCA – President
Mr. Francis Awoyera is the President and CEO of Francis Awoyera & Associates, PC, and has over twenty years of experience in financial management/advisory consulting; business process reengineering; financial systems implementation; auditing financial statements; and evaluating internal controls of governmental, not-for-profit, and for-profit entities. Mr. Francis Awoyera has supervised engagements with several government agencies. He is a member of the DC Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Deji Odunlami, BSC, MBA - Executive Vice President
Mr. Odunlami has over 30 years of professional experience in the Information Technology industry. He has Bachelor’s Degrees in both Computer Science and Business Administration, from Kent State University, in Kent, Ohio and a Master’s Degree in Management Information Systems, from American University, in Washington, DC.
Mr. Odunlami’s experience includes Web Application Development, Software Engineering, IT Infrastructure Support, and IT Staff Augmentation services to both the federal government and private sector. He has served as a Senior Business Development Consultant to IT consulting firms in the Washington DC area.
Sam Arthur, CPA, CISA, CISSP, CISM, CGEIT - Executive Vice President
Mr. Arthur has more than twenty years of combined accounting, auditing, and consulting experience. He is an experienced leader in information technology audits and information security. Mr. Arthur has been a project director and Subject Matter Expert (SME) on several Federal and State level accounting and audit engagements. Additional competencies include FISMA, Service Organization Audits, Sarbanes Oxley 404 testing, data analysis, vulnerability assessment, and project management in varying environments. He has published whitepapers and articles on IT Audits.
Helen O. Awoyera, ESQ - Compliance Manager
Helen O . Awoyera, Esq. has over 20 years of professional experience in corporate law. She has a Master’s Degree in Law from Howard University, in Washington DC. Mrs. Awoyera focuses primarily on financial services litigation and regulatory compliance. She is a seasoned attorney with strong academic training and consulting skills with expertise involving sophisticated transactions in areas of finance, lending, compliance, secured transactions, purchases and sales, bankruptcy, real estate, affordable housing, and corporate tax law.
