Project Manager

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • 8-10 years project management experience
  • Mortgage Industry a must
  • Ability to manage multi-task projects of high complexity
  • Responsible for leading and providing technical direction to projects and must have demonstrated ability to provide guidance and direction for multiple projects; designing, implementing, and managing client engagement
  • Extensive knowledge in scheduling and task budgeting
  • Strong communication skills
  • Work experience in developing Quality Assurance

JOB DESCRIPTION

  1. Management, direction, and administration of the project
  2. Provide quality assurance leadership
  3. Develop and maintain project management plan, maintain the Work Breakdown Structure
  4. Develop and maintain Quality Control Plan
  5. Manage staff schedules and assignment
  6. Manage status meetings
  7. Provide progress reporting
  8. Address problems and conduct troubleshooting
  9. Project Manager is the main on-site point of contact for client personnel
  10. Extensive use of Microsoft application and project management tools
  11. Manage logistics and oversight of on-site staff in various locations
  12. Approve timesheet and travel plans
  13. Provide administrative support to on-site staff
