MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- 8-10 years project management experience
- Mortgage Industry a must
- Ability to manage multi-task projects of high complexity
- Responsible for leading and providing technical direction to projects and must have demonstrated ability to provide guidance and direction for multiple projects; designing, implementing, and managing client engagement
- Extensive knowledge in scheduling and task budgeting
- Strong communication skills
- Work experience in developing Quality Assurance

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Management, direction, and administration of the project
- Provide quality assurance leadership
- Develop and maintain project management plan, maintain the Work Breakdown Structure
- Develop and maintain Quality Control Plan
- Manage staff schedules and assignment
- Manage status meetings
- Provide progress reporting
- Address problems and conduct troubleshooting
- Project Manager is the main on-site point of contact for client personnel
- Extensive use of Microsoft application and project management tools
- Manage logistics and oversight of on-site staff in various locations
- Approve timesheet and travel plans
- Provide administrative support to on-site staff
