MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- 8 years knowledge of mortgage industry and accounting
- Extensive use of financial modelling tools – Excel, SAS, etc.
- Understanding of processes and documentation
- Track record in Business Process Improvement
- Understanding GAAP associated with the Mortgage Industry
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Training skills

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Technical writing of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
- Assist in training personnel and new processes and changes
- Develop SOP in compliance with OCFO policies
- Develop SOP for analyzing financial models, assumptions, and estimates
- Business process documentation
- Gap analysis and remediation
- Manager Business Analyst reviews and revises policies and procedures and ensure compliance with GAAP and other industry best practices
